  Jeremy is a class act, and very hospitable. Though the site did not provide as much tree privacy as I was used to in the rockies the camp was quiet and clean. Great service and always welcoming. Only qualm was the showers ate my tokens, you have put them in one at a time after the time runs out for each one.

  We have camped at Waterton Springs for 10 years in a row (one year exception due to weather ).We camp in a tent site with a tent trailer (no power). The tent sites are great and well treed. There are flush toilets but nothing fancy but you are camping! One year we even had a bear at our picnic table. I find everyone really friendly that camps and works here!

  Terrible phone manners, kept the entire deposit even though gave them 2 weeks cancellation notice because of medical family reasons. Unbelievable snotty attitude , and confirmed that they will re book that spot immediately and make double the money on it. WOW. the girl at the office campground thought it was funny they make double off of someone's misfortune. Really nice. BEWARE when you book.

  After flooding, the tenting areas were inaccessible and we were placed into other sites. The site we ended up in was fantastic and the people working there were amazing. We will definitely be back!
